Magnus House

Magnus House scaffolding project by Rosewood Scaffolding

Rosewood Scaffolding Services undertook the scaffold design and full encapsulation of Magnus House located on the bank of the River Thames. The scaffold enabled the full refurbishment of the building facade including replacement of all windows. The scaffold was encapsulated in plastic sheeting to allow the refurbishment works to take place. We also installed a 2000kg hoist integrated within the scaffolding to the North elevation.

Welbeck, Oxford

Rosewood delivered a comprehensive scaffolding package for the Welbeck project in Oxford, covering all internal and external access requirements.

 
Internally, works included the installation of bridged access platforms complete with hoist access and designated run-off areas to support efficient material handling. Lift shaft scaffolds were also erected to provide safe and continuous access throughout vertical construction phases.

 
Externally, the project involved the provision of blockwork scaffolding alongside birdcage scaffolds constructed up to first floor level, ensuring safe working platforms for masonry and associated trades.
